Wako Distributing Cellectis Products in Japan | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – French genomic engineering firm Cellectis said on Wednesday it has appointed Wako Pure Chemical Industries as its exclusive distributor in Japan.

Wako will handle sales of Cellectis' products including its Talen Access service, launched in February. In a statement, Luc Selig, vice president of sales and marketing for Cellectis, said that the company is targeting global distribution of Talen, which is a tool for specifically modifying genes in any type of cell.
