NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – VWR International has extended its non-exclusive distribution rights for ZyGem's DNA extraction kits in Europe, ZyGem said today.

The Solana Beach, Calif.-based firm said that VWR has been distributing the kits in North and South America since November 2008. Under the terms of the new pact, VWR will have the right to distribute the DNA extraction products for life science research, forensic, agriculture, and animal health applications throughout Europe.
