NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – VWR International today announced the acquisition of Amresco for an undisclosed amount.

Based in Solon, Ohio, Amresco manufactures and supplies biochemicals and reagents for use in research in the molecular biology, life sciences, proteomics, clinical, and histology markets.
