Thermo Fisher to Offer Senior Notes | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Thermo Fisher Scientific today filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to offer senior notes to fund its acquisition of Dionex, as well as for general corporate purposes.

Details of the offering have yet to be determined, including the total amount Thermo Fisher is seeking to raise, other than the firm's intention offer three sets of senior notes due 2014, 2016, and 2021, respectively.
