NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Dyadic today announced it has raised $3 million through a private placement of convertible subordinated secured promissory notes to five undisclosed investors.

By integrating the STR reagents into the RapidHit System, human DNA profiles can be generated that are compatible with local, national, and international database systems, the companies said.

Amresco manufactures and supplies biochemicals and reagents for use in research in the molecular biology, life sciences, proteomics, clinical, and histology markets.
