NEW YORK – Singular Genomics Systems said on Monday that it has partnered with Roche, Agilent, and Qiagen to ensure those companies' sample and library preparation kits work with Singular's G4 sequencing platform.
The firm will work with Roche to enable Kapa Library Preparation kits, including the Kapa EvoPlus and HyperPrep kits, to work with G4; with Agilent to validate SureSelect target enrichment products; and with Qiagen to validate Qiaseq kits for both DNA and RNA sample prep.
Financial and other terms of the deals were not disclosed.
The collaborations "[underscore] our commitment to providing a plug-and-play solution for our customers," Jorge Velarde, senior VP of corporate development and strategy at Singular Genomics, said in a statement.
Since launching the G4 sequencer in December, Singular Genomics has been partnering to situate the instrument in the existing next-generation sequencing ecosystem.
The new partners join Dovetail Genomics, Lexogen, New England Biolabs, Twist Bioscience, Watchmaker Genomics, and the Broad Institute's Terra Platform as Singular's partners.
"It is exciting to see a new state-of-the-art platform in the NGS market," Kevin Meldrum, VP and general manager of Agilent's Genomics Division, said in a statement. "We are pleased to welcome Singular Genomics customers who will benefit from our market-leading and high-performing target enrichment solutions."
