NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Genialis said today that it is partnering with Roche Diagnostics to provide researchers with a complete, streamlined, next-generation sequencing workflow for gene expression profiling.
As part of the agreement, the new RNA sequencing analysis workflow integrates Roche's KAPA RNA HyperPrep Kits — a single-day RNA-seq library preparation that improves the efficiency and sensitivity of sequencing low-input samples — with Genialis' software platform. Genialis will provide an automated data processing pipeline and guided interpretation workflow for gene expression analyses, supporting Roche's entire line of KAPA kits.
