Trovagene has appointed Charles Cantor to its scientific advisory board. Cantor is a professor emeritus of biomedical engineering and of pharmacology and was the director of the Center for Advanced Biotechnology at Boston University. He is an adjunct professor of bioengineering at the University of California, San Diego, an adjunct professor of molecular biology at the Scripps Research Institute, and a distinguished adjunct professor of physiology and biophysics at the University of California, Irvine. He is also a founder and former chief scientific officer at Sequenom.
