Monette Greenway has become vice president for marketing and sales, and Robert Laffer has become sales manager for life sciences at Strategic Diagnostics.

Greenway was previously president of the integrative technologies division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to that, she held vice president and general manager roles at Invitrogen.

Laffer joined SDI from Panomics, where he was the northeast regional sales manager. Before that, he was global account executive for the biopharma division of PerkinElmer Life and Analytical Sciences.
