Kevin Ulmer joined Complete Genomics last month as a full-time consulting scientist. Previously, he was CSO of Genome Corp., a Rhode Island-based startup that he co-founded. In 2004, he consulted full-time for Helicos BioSciences. Ulmer also founded Seq, a 1987-startup that pursued single-molecule sequencing and was later acquired by Amersham.
