Tecan has launched Freedom EVO NGS workstation for sample preparation and PCR set-up for next-generation sequencing applications. The workstation includes automation for library preparation, quantification, qPCR set-up, normalization, pooling, and capture. It also incudes all the modules required for setting up next-gen sequencing libraries. Tecan developed the workstation in collaboration with the High-Throughput Sequencing Facility at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
