Sapio Sciences has launched Exemplar NGS LIMS to track next-generation sequencing workflows from request through processing and analysis. The system includes CLIA standard worfklows, instrument integrations with NGS platforms and quality control instruments, support for automation, consumables management for reagents, a web-based solution with no extra software required, and more.


Exiqon is now offering next-generation sequencing of small RNAs and microRNAs. The service covers an initial consultation with microRNA experts through to the final report and the firm will provide RNA isolation, library preparation, sequencing, data analysis, and reporting. The service requires one to two micrograms of total RNA and turnaround time is four to six weeks.
