New Products: Roche's Targeted Sequencing Panels

Roche has launched a series of new SeqCap EZ targeted sequencing panels. SeqCap EZ Exome Plus Library enables researchers to custom design an exome kit by including an additional 50 megabases of custom targets with the existing 64-megabase exome kit. SeqCap EZ Exome +UTR Library adds 32 megabases of untranslated regions to the 64-megabase exome kit.

Additionally, the company has launched several disease-specific panels, including SeqCap EZ Comprehensive Cancer, which covers 578 cancer genes, and SeqCap EZ Neurology Panel, which covers 256 genes associated with 87 neurological disorders, including Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, and autism.
