New Products: N-of-One's Variant Interpreter App

N-of-One has launched its Variant Interpreter on Illumina's BaseSpace Apps. The Variant Interpreter is a cloud-based app that allows oncologists and researchers to access relevant biological and clinical knowledge and insights related to the mutation profile of a tumor identified by targeted sequencing, according to the company. The initial release will cover 30 cancer-associated genes.
