New Products: Knome's KnomeBase


Knome has released KnomeBase, an informatics service that annotates, compares, and distills raw human sequence data in order to help geneticists in interpretation. It also enables multiple genomes to be compared and interpreted at once. As part of the service, clients receive a genome discovery kit — a suite of software tools, scripts, and libraries to help query multiple genomes and visualize gene interaction networks.
