New Products: Illumina's MiSeq Reagent Kit

Illumina has launched new reagent kits for its MiSeq system that doubles sequencing output to 15 gigabases by increasing the number of sequencing reads to up to 25 million reads and overall read length to 2x300 bases.

According to the company, the new kit will enable new applications on the MiSeq such as exome sequencing and transcriptome sequencing.
