New Products: Illumina’s TruSeq Amplicon - Cancer Panel


Illumina has launched the TruSeq Amplicon — Cancer Panel, a multiplexed panel for sequencing hundreds of cancer loci.

The company said that the panel can detect mutations below five percent frequency, even in difficult samples such as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor samples.

The panel is now available for order now and will begin shipping in April.
