New Products: GATC Biotech's InView Transcriptome

GATC Biotech has launched three different transcriptome sequencing services. InView Transcriptome Explore provides random primed cDNA libraries for Illumina sequencing using 50 bp single reads and guarantees at least 30 million single reads. InView Transcriptome Advance also provides random primed cDNA libraries for Illumina sequencing with 50 bp reads, but guarantees at least 60 million single reads. InView Transcriptome Discover provides strand-specific cDNA libraries for Illumina sequencing using 100 bp paired-end reads and guarantees at least 60 million paired-end reads.
