New Products: Fluidigm's C1 DNA Sequencing Workflow

Premium

Fluidigm has launched C1 DNA Sequencing, a sample prep workflow for single-cell sequencing that runs on its C1 Single-Cell Auto Prep System (see article in this week's issue). The workflow is designed for targeted, exome, or whole-genome sequencing of single cells in heterogeneous cell populations and enables researchers to detect somatic mutations, such as SNPs, small indels, and translocations.
