New Products: Claritas' ClariFocus Panel: Nephrotic Syndrome

Claritas Genomics has launched ClariFocus Panel: Nephrotic Syndrome, a next-generation sequencing-based panel for patients with features of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. The panel uses Thermo Fisher's Ion Torrent PGM to sequence 520 coding exons and intron/exon boundaries in 28 genes involved in nephrotic syndrome. Sanger sequencing is performed to confirm variants. The test has a turnaround time of four to eight weeks.
