New Products: BGI Tech's Exome Service

BGI Tech has launched a human exome sequencing service based on Complete Genomics' sequencing technology that includes in-depth bioinformatics analysis and SNP validation. The service is available for $599 until Dec. 31 and includes 100x average sequencing depth for target regions, SNP analysis, and indel calling and annotation. BGI Tech also has an exome sequencing workflow and pipeline to address cancer study design and challenges.
