Agilent Technologies has launched its SureSelect XT Mouse All Exon Kit, a target enrichment system for the mouse exome. The company collaborated with Yoichi Gondo of Japan's Riken Institute to develop the product.

According to Agilent, the SureSelect XT platform can enrich targets from smaller than 200 kilobases to more than 50 megabases in a single tube. The platform is compatible with the Illumina, SOLiD, and 454 sequencing platforms.
