The new version includes a transcriptome analysis module for use with sequence reads by the Illumina Genome Analyzer and HiSeq platforms, Life Technologies' SOLiD, and Roche's 454 GS FLX and Junior platforms. Additionally, the new release includes a forensic STR analysis module for use with the 454 platforms.
