DNA Genotek has launched Performagene Livestock, a new method and kit for collecting DNA from livestock using nasal samples.

The company claims that DNA samples are faster to collect with Performagene Livestock than with other methods, are stable at ambient temperature, and are prepared for processing while being transported to a laboratory via regular mail.
