SoftGenetics has introduced a browser and viewer for next-generation sequencing data that has been processed by its NextGene software.

For most datasets, the viewer can be run on 32-bit desktop or laptop computers. It contains complete reference annotation and allows users to review, edit, and print reports of analyses performed by NextGene, such as SNP, indel, structural variant, ChIP-seq, transcriptome, miRNA, and other analyses. It supports data from the Roche 454 GS, Life Technologies/Applied Biosystems SOLiD, and Illumina GA.
