CLC Bio has released version 3.5 of CLC Genomics Workbench, a desktop application, and version 1.5 of CLC Genomics Server, an enterprise platform. Both products are used to analyze and visualize next-generation sequencing data. The new versions support the analysis of chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing data. In addition, the speed and memory performance of the software have been improved. It now also includes a number of new assembly statistics, as well as an expansion of CLC Bio’s RNA-sequencing tools, including support for native color space data and more statistical tests.
