The Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center Genomics Shared Resource of Columbia University is offering sequencing on the 454 GS FLX as a new service and will start offering sequencing on a new Applied Biosystems SOLiD sequencer in the next few months.

On the 454 platform, the facility offers library construction, emulsion PCR, sequencing, and primary sequence data analysis. In addition, the HICCC Bioinformatics Shared Resource will support application-specific data analysis.
