Febit has launched its sequence capture technology, HybSelect (see related article, this issue). According to the company, the technology offers short hands-on time, a high degree of reproducibility, and allows users to process several samples at once. HybSelect is available as a protocol for Febit's Geniom RT Analyzer, or as a full service including sequencing on an Illumina Genome Analyzer. The company has optimized HybSelect for use with the the GAII, and said it plans to make it available for other sequencing platforms in the near future.
