NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – The US Federal Trade Commission has made a second request to Complete Genomics and BGI-Shenzhen requesting additional information about BGI's proposed $117.6 million purchase of Complete Genomics, the Mountain View, Calif-based sequencing services firm said in a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
