On-Demand Informatics Solution

GenomeQuest has launched the On-Demand Informatics Solution, a service that allows researchers to access the company's compute cloud resources to transform raw next-generation sequencing data into enriched sequence databases that can be queried and further analyzed in the GenomeQuest web application.

The service enables a number of applications, including removal of contaminating reads from next-generation sequencing data, transcript discovery, gene expression, gene regulation, and variant detection. The final data either remains available within GenomeQuest, or it can become part of statistical reports, or can be downloaded to a range of third-party software tools.
