NEW YORK – CS Genetics said Thursday that it has partnered with multiomic data analysis software provider Rosalind to streamline single-cell workflows for biopharma companies and academic labs.
Financial details of deal were not disclosed.
As part of the collaboration, the partners will leverage CS Genetics' instrument-free single-cell sample preparation technology with Rosalind's cloud-based software platform, enabling researchers to analyze, interpret, and collaborate on multiomic data.
"By partnering with Rosalind, we're enabling biopharma and academic teams to run much larger, more rigorous single-cell projects while accessing best-in-class analysis and collaboration tools," Jay Harger, chief operating officer of CS Genetics, said in a statement.
Based in Cambridge, UK, CS Genetics has been commercializing an instrument-free workflow for single-cell analysis using a molecular process dubbed kinetic confinement.
