CLC Bio and Isilon Systems said this week that they are partnering to provide customers with data analysis and storage products for high-throughput sequencing data.

To start, the firms plan to offer a product bundle that includes CLC Bio's CLC Genomics Machine — a server pre-installed with a database and next-generation sequencing data analysis software — and Isilon's IQ scale-out network-attached storage platform.

In addition, the companies will provide custom setups for large-scale enterprise solutions.
