NEW YORK – AdvancedDx Biological Laboratories said Monday that it has signed a comarketing agreement with Complete Genomics to integrate and promote its microbiology assays with the latter's next-generation sequencing technologies.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As part of the partnership, the companies will combine ABL's DeepChek assays and software with Complete Genomics' DNBSeq sequencing platforms for detection of infectious diseases such as HIV, viral hepatitis, respiratory viruses, and tuberculosis.
"Complete Genomics is pleased to partner with ABL to offer microbiology laboratories a diverse menu of NGS-based infectious disease assays developed on our low-throughput sequencing platforms, including the DNBSeq-E25 and DNBSeq-G99," Complete Genomics Founder and CSO Radoje Drmanac said in a statement.
