HudsonAlpha, iRepertoire to Offer Immune Repertoire Sequencing in CLIA Lab

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – iRepertoire said that it has partnered with the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology to offer immune repertoire sequencing services out of the newly established HudsonAlpha CLIA-certified sequencing center.

Library preparation for immune repertoire sequencing will be performed using iRepertoire's automated iRock system.

According to iRepertoire, doing immune sequencing in the CLIA lab will allow clinicians to use immune repertoire profiles to evaluate therapies and stratify patients.
