D’Alonzo has held positions, including president, at Glaxo, the US subsidiary of the former Glaxo Holdings. He was also president and CEO of GenVec.
 

 
BaroFold has appointed Alene Campbell as its chief business officer.
 
Previously, Campbell was vice president of corporate development at Myogen. Before this, she was vice president of corporate development at Ribozyme Pharmaceuticals, now Sirna Therapeutics.
