Tamir Kazaz, Mark Smedley

Rosetta Genomics said this week that its CFO Tamir Kazaz has resigned to “pursue other interests.”
According to the company, a search has begun to find a replacement for Kazaz, who is expected to leave in the second half of 2008.

Invitrogen announced that Mark Smedley, the firm’s global head of operations, will lead the integration team for its $6.7 billion acquisition of Applied Biosystems.
