SuperArray Bioscience s RT2 Real-Time and RT2 End-Point PCR Kits, Epicentre s ArrayPure Nano-scale RNA Purification Kit, and Illumina s Oligator


SuperArray Bioscience has recently introduced the RT2 Real-Time and RT2 End-Point PCR kits.

According to the company, the kits are designed for either real-time or conventional PCR applications. The entire product line offers primer sets for every gene in the human, mouse, and rat genomes, as well as several PCR master mixes accommodating different PCR instruments.

Epicentre has announced the availability of its ArrayPure Nano-scale RNA Purification Kit. According to the firm, the kit provides all reagents necessary to purify RNA from one to 10,000 eukaryotic cells.

Illumina has begun shipping its new Oligator mouse genome oligo set for spotted gene expression arrays. The Mouse Exonic-Evidence-Based Oligonucleotide set contains 38,467 70-mer probe sequences and is designed for studying mouse transcription and alternative splicing patterns.
