Sigma-Aldrich recently introduced the Mission In Vivo Quality and iScale Oligos siRNAs.

According to the company, the siRNAs are processed specifically for in vivo applications. “This purification process includes RP-HPLC to ensure a high percentage of full-length product, dialysis on the annealed product to remove excess salts, 22-micrometer sterile filtration, and … testing to ensure no endotoxins are present,” the company said.
