Rosetta Genomics last week said that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market's $1 minimum closing bid price requirement.

To satisfy the requirement, Rosetta's shares were required to achieve a closing price of at least $1 for 10 consecutive trading days.

As such, the company said that its shares will remain on the exchange.
