Randel Marfin, Gregory Gosch, Darin Leigh

Luminex this week announced a series of promotions, including the promotion of Randel Marfin to the newly created position of vice president of strategic development.
In that role, he will be responsible for “identifying and building business growth plans that will allow [the company] to access and penetrate new high-value growth markets for our multiplexing technology,” Luminex said.
He previously served as vice president of Luminex’s bioscience group. Replacing Marfin in this position is Gregory Gosch, who will now oversee the group’s business development, assay product development, and manufacturing and commercial strategies.
Gosch was previously the company’s vice president of sales and marketing, a role now filled by Darin Leigh, who previously served as Luminex’s senior director of sales and marketing for diagnostics.
