Qiagen s RNeasy 96 Universal Tissue Kit and RNeasy 96 Universal Tissue 8000 Kit, Proligo s siRNA Design Service, and Molecula s Antisense Oligonucleotide Design Service


Qiagen has recently released its RNeasy 96 Universal Tissue kit, which allows for high-throughput RNA purification from any type of animal tissue.

The company has also recently launched the RNeasy 96 Universal Tissue 8000 kit, which is designed for RNA purification from animal tissue using the BioRobot Gene Expression — Real Time RT-PCR system.

Proligo has begun offering an siRNA design service at no charge through its website.

According to the company, the siRNAs can be designed using its in-house software. The public version of the design service, Proligo added, “incorporates all the fundamental rules and guidelines as outlined by [Thomas] Tuschl and colleagues.”
