RNAx has recently made available an shRNA library developed by the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology.

The shRNAs have an average knockdown efficiency of at least 60 percent, said RNAx, and are available as bacterial plasmids, in virus-generation kits, as lentiviruses, and, in some cases, as ready-to-use knockdown cell lines.
