Bioo Scientific has introduced the MaxSuppressor In Vivo RNA-Lancer II delivery reagent.

According to the company, the reagent can be used to deliver siRNAs, microRNAs, long double-stranded RNAs, and other RNAi molecules into living animals.

Sigma-Aldrich has released Mission esiRNA, a line of pooled siRNAs against single gene targets.

By targeting each gene target with a pool of hundreds of siRNAs, "the trial-and-error approach of identifying a useful single siRNA is eliminated," the company said. "In addition, the approach should ensure minimal risk of off-target effects and enables the use of one assay per gene."
