Arrowhead Research has appointed Robert Gish as the chairman of its newly created hepatitis B clinical advisory board.

Gish is a professor of hepatology at the University of California, San Diego. As chairman of Arrowhead's advisory board, he will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of other board members and will advise the company on clinical and regulatory issues, as well as the analysis of data related to its HBV drug candidate ARC-520.
