People in the News: Detlef Schuppan, Massimo Pinzani


Silence Therapeutics has created a scientific advisory board and named its first two members, Detlef Schuppan and Massimo Pinzani.

Schuppan is a researcher at Mainz University Medical Center and a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. His work focuses on gastroenterology and hepatology.

Pinzani is a professor at the University of Florence, and holds an adjunct professorship at Case Western Reserve University. His areas of research include chronic fibrogenic disorders, particularly hepatic fibrogenesis.
