Dicerna Pharmaceuticals has appointed Brian Halak to its board of directors.

Halak is a partner at investment firm Domain Associates. He joined Dicerna's board in conjunction with a Domain investment in the RNAi drug shop, and holds a PhD from Thomas Jefferson University.
