New Products: Sigma's Mission miRNA Inhibitors | GenomeWeb

Sigma Life Sciences has introduced Mission synthetic and lentiviral microRNA inhibitors for the long-term suppression of any endogenous human and mouse miRNA.

According to the company, the inhibitors are based on tough decoys, which are double-stranded RNAs with a stem-loop stabilized secondary structure, which helps prevent cellular nuclease degradation and enables sustained miRNA inhibition for over one month.
