Melvin Rubin, Pascal Goldschmidt

Opko Health said last month in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that Melvin Rubin has resigned as a member of its board.
The resignation did not arise from any disagreement with the company, Opko said.
This week, Opko said that Pascal Goldschmidt has joined its board, filling the vacancy left by Rubin.
Goldschmidt is currently senior vice president of medical affairs and dean of the University of Miami School of Medicine. He was previously chairman of the medicine department at Duke University Medical Center.
Goldschmidt holds an MD from Universite Libre de Bruxelles.
