Jane Hsiao, Rao Uppaluri, Steven Rubin

Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, a maker of motorized periodic acceleration platforms, said that it has named three Opko Health executives to its board of directors.
Among them is Jane Hsiao, vice chairman and chief technical officer of Opko, who will become NIMS’ new chairman. Rao Uppaluri, senior vice president and CFO of Opko, and Steven Rubin, Opko’s executive vice president, have joined NIMS as directors.
