The European Molecular Biology Organization will hold a course on microRNA profiling at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Heidelberg, Germany, April 18-24.
The course will begin with an introduction to miRNA profiling, and then focus on laboratory and bioinformatics work. Lectures and tutorials will also be included in the program, including ones addressing the setup of a miRNA-profiling experiment, sample preparation, data analysis and interpretation, and quality controls.
